Frangipanni Bed and Breakfast offers private access to a clean, fresh tropical style room and bathroom beneath our family's elevated home. Surrounded by garden and grassy lawn, indoor and outdoor living are combined to maximise enjoyment of the tropical lifestyle.

As you enter Frangipanni Bed and Breakfast, you will notice the fragrant frangipanni trees (from which we took our name) gracing the garden.

The spacious yard is planted with native and tropical trees and shrubs, and many stately palms.

Parking your car close to the entrance to the room, you will walk through the outdoor, undercover dining and sitting area. With overhead fan for cooling on our hotter days, you can view the garden and take advantage of the tropical evening breezes.

Entering the room you will find a choice of air conditioner or overhead fan, a clock radio, generous shelves and hanging space, a queen size bed and a single bed (with extra trundle bed for the use of larger groups). Tea and coffee making facilities are available with electric kettle and a toaster on hand.

Across the dining area lies the private bathroom, comprising shower, vanity unit and toilet.

Walking out into the large backyard will reveal an expanse of grass and tropical gardens, including several fruit trees. Nestled among the ferns and palms is a spa which is available for your use.

There is a fridge, television, DVD player,small microwave, ironing eguipment and gas barbecue. Laundry facilities can be made available on request.

A continental style breakfast is included in your tariff and your room will be serviced each day.
